We hope that Inspire will be everything you were looking for and hoping for. However, if after reading through the material you decide (for whatever reason) that Inspire is not the right course for you, or even if your circumstances change and you are no longer able to run a course, we will happily give you a no-questions-asked refund on both the licence and any books you purchased from us. Just drop us a line to let us know and pop the books back in the post to us, and we will process your refund.
(Please note that refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving the material. Refunds for both the licence and the books will be processed as soon as we have received the books back from you. We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return postage.)
We understand that it may be difficult to predict the exact number of leaders and participants you will have before you order your course materials. With this in mind, we offer a full refund on all unused books to allow you to order extra copies just in case they are needed.
(Please note that you will be given until the end of your licence period to request a refund on any unused books. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your unused books. We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return postage.)
We understand that once you have received the material, it can take time to recruit leaders, find suitable venues, source resources, and even invite participants to do the course!
We are more than happy to accommodate this if you need us to. All you need to do is contact us when you know your official start date, and we will extend the licence agreement so that it starts from the date your first course begins.
(Please note that if you do not contact us to inform us of your official start date, the licence agreement will automatically start 30 days from when you receive your books.)
